As trustee, I assume the highest responsibility to apply the trust document and law of trust administration to support the vision of the grantor and enhance the lives of the beneficiaries.

My intention is to provide a personalized approach tailored specifically to those people involved with each trust.

This personalized approach is informed by my professional values:
• Pursuit of excellence, which includes meticulous attention to detail as well as to the big picture.
• Honoring relationships and spirituality as well as legal and financial realities.
• Finances are essential — and they are not enough: only in support of the people involved is the money a true asset.
• The big picture is as important as the little one.

These principles and beliefs guide my work:
• Transparency and diplomacy of trust administration.
• Empowerment of the primary beneficiary.
• Preparation of contingent beneficiaries.
• Encouragement of the legacy and work of the grantor and of the family.
• Values-based management.
• Conscious Capitalism.
• Efficient use of resources, including the use of those already existing, where appropriate.

These values, beliefs and principles are essential to who I am as a person. I am working on the legacy of myself and my own family as well.

Various skills and attributes help me implement my work, including:
• Meticulous issue-centered lawyer thought.
• Practical Wisdom and Appreciative Inquiry.
• Open spirituality.
• Insightful psychology of money and family.
• Welcome to emotional intelligence.
• Endless energy of polarities.
• Continual learning to better work and communicate.
• Empowered Wealth.
• On-going search for additional resources and support.

I guarantee that my staff and I will meet these lofty goals imperfectly, but we will use our best efforts to correct any deviation and to learn.
